We store account details you provide, game participation, cabin actions, scores, chat messages, and the technical information needed to operate the simulator.
Referral information
When available, we store the referring website, campaign tags, and first landing page in your browser and associate them with your account after sign-in. We also record anonymous visits, including for guests who never create an account, using a random visit identifier that lasts up to 30 minutes in a browser tab. These records include the referring website, campaign tags, landing page, and visit time, without IP addresses or browser fingerprints. We use this information to understand how people find the simulator. We do not store referrer query strings or fragments.
How we use information
We use this information to run flights, restore games, calculate scores, support multiplayer features, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, realtime messaging, analytics, and email providers to deliver the service. They receive only the information required for their role.
